A Graduate in Electronics Engineering & MBA in TQM. She is an intellectual & professional with around 15+ years of rich & versatile experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Process Enhancement, Various system implementation & Documentation in Glass Industry.

A certified Six Sigma Green belt, she comes with a keen understanding of Quality Systems prevalent in process & engineering department, spearheading implementation of six-sigma, ISO (QMS, EMS, OH&S, FSMS, EnMS, BRC-IOP), TQM, kaizen drive, 5S system, SAP QM/PM user, lean manufacturing for continual improvement, Handling customers & ongoing successes.

Second partner of the company and a family member too, Rajat holds a degree in Computer Engineering, has experience of 8 years in operations and execution.

Earlier he has promoted his own partnership firm M/s. Swastik Industries that dealt in value added services of glass containers.

He has extensive experience in this field and channels his knowledge to continuously improve the factory operations in order to provide innovative and reliable products to the customer.
