Ltd. grow exponentially. During that tenure, he repeatedly toured China, Middle East and Europe to ensure the company was using innovative glass technologies. He had acquired such confidence having already worked in Ansa Deco glass P. Ltd. (sister concern of M/S Piramal Glass Ltd), Kosamba, Gujarat.

Mr. Gadhia serves as the VP of Marketing of ERPL. Previously he spent eight years working as the Director of Finance & Marketing at Gadhia Solar where he led the installation of India's first solar stream cooking system. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University.
